Dr. Jill Hedler grew up in Wisconsin, where she developed her love for the outdoors and

realized her calling as a veterinarian.

She later moved to Texas and earned her DVM at Texas A&M in College Station in 2006.

She and her husband moved to the area last year on acreage near Walsenburg and have plans

to build an Earthship.

They have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and lots of chickens!

Dr. Jill is passionate about all animals; however specializes in cat and dog general

practice/medicine and treats her patients like they are her own.
